Michelle D. Zitofsky*

Michelle Zitofsky was born
and raised in Queens County, New York.
She is the second
of four children.
She graduated Magna
Cum Laude from Queens College, with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in 1979.
She received her
Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University
School of Law in June, 1982. and is admitted to
the practice of law in New York and
Pennsylvania.
She has practiced
law for over 23 years, 16 years of which have
been in association with Mr. Simon.
She has been a
partner with the firm of Simon & Gilman, LLP
since its inception.
Mrs. Zitofsky has
concentrated in the fields of matrimonial and
family law, as well as complex litigation
matters.
She is an active
member of the Queens County Bar Association, and
its Family Law Committee.
She is married and
has one child.
An avid Mets fan
you can usually find Michelle at Shea if she’s
not at
the office or in
Court.
